At The Boujee Bazaar, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We will only review cases where:

The product received is incorrect, or
The product arrives damaged

To request a review, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A clear unboxing video (without cuts)
Clear photos of the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted. If approved, we may offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Orders within India are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges is applicable in overall order, that is flat ₹60 for domestic orders, calculated at checkout. Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

📍 Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🚫 Undelivered / Refused Orders

If an order is refused or marked undelivered due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
