To request a review, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

A clear unboxing video (without cuts)
Clear photos of the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted. If approved, we may offer:

Store credit

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges is applicable in overall order, that is flat ₹60 for domestic orders, calculated at checkout. Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🚫 Undelivered / Refused Orders

If an order is refused or marked undelivered due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
