At The Boujee Bazaar, we take pride in offering premium demi-fine jewellery crafted with care. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, we offer exchanges only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
To request an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theboujeebazaar.in with:
• Order number
• Clear unboxing video
• Images of the product
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Please note:
• Minor color variations due to lighting are not considered defects.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
